Where does the directory data come from?
The directory reads the employees and departments already stored in Payroll360. HR users with permission to edit employees can add or update profiles, and the changes show up everywhere at once.
Who can see the directory, and who can edit it?
Everyone in the company can open and search the directory. Only users with permission to edit employees, typically HR and admins, can add, change or remove profiles.
Does Employee Directory360 include an org chart?
Yes. The org chart is built from reporting lines. You can expand and collapse teams, zoom, switch between vertical and horizontal layouts, search within the chart, and print or export it.
Can I save a colleague's contact details to my phone?
Yes. Each profile has a digital business card with a QR code and a downloadable vCard (.vcf) file. Scanning the QR code or opening the file adds the contact to your phone.
