Most payroll and payslip tools ask a company to do something backwards: move sensitive employee data out of the systems it already trusts, into a brand-new platform, behind a brand-new login, managed by a brand-new vendor. Payslip360 doesn't ask for any of that — and starting this quarter, it's free.

Payslip360 lives entirely inside SharePoint and Microsoft 365. Payslips are generated, distributed, and archived using the document libraries, permissions, and identity your organization already has in place. There's no separate database to stand up, no employee self-service portal to onboard people onto, and no data migration project to plan around.

Why give it away?

We built Payslip360 as a proof point for a simple idea: HR and finance workflows don't need a dedicated SaaS product for every single task. If the workflow is well-defined — and payslip distribution is about as well-defined as it gets — it should be possible to run it natively inside the Microsoft 365 tenant a company already pays for and already trusts with sensitive data.

Making it free removes the last reason not to try that approach. There's no procurement cycle, no per-seat pricing conversation, and no security review for a third-party data processor, because your payslip data never leaves your tenant in the first place.

What you get

Payslip360 handles templated payslip generation, scheduled distribution to employee OneDrive or SharePoint locations, an audit trail of who accessed what and when, and role-based access control that maps directly onto your existing Entra ID groups. It's built to disappear into the way your HR and finance teams already work, rather than becoming one more tool they have to remember to check.

If you're currently paying for a payslip or payroll-adjacent tool that does one job and one job only, it's worth fifteen minutes to see whether that job can just move into SharePoint instead.
